Woodland Progressive . . .

A school for 21 century citizens.

Admissions and applications... frequently asked questions:

Who should apply?
Woodland is a public chater sector that is open to all 6th - 8th grade students free of tuition.  If the school is right for your child is a highly individualized and personal decision.  Educate yourself and make a decision that is best for you and your child.  Feel free to contact anyone from the school to get more information and input.

How to apply?

Simply fill out the application that can be found under forms or at the MHLT front office.  If you are applying from outside the district you must fill out the open-enollment forms as well.

Where and when do I apply?

We accept appplications during the open enrollment period so the application window for the 2010 -2011 school is closed.  The next application window will be in February of 2011 for the following school year. You can print an application off of the forms link or pick an application up at the MHLT front office.

Am I accepted as soon as I apply?

No, if there are more application than there are seats there will be a lottery process.  All students names will essentially be placed in a hat and be selected.
